Stubben's crank cavesson comes with a single roller buckle which tightens the chinstrap from both sides, providing equal pressure all round. The wide, thickly padded noseband and chinstrap are provided to allow for smooth, even tightening without harming the horse. All these features assist with easier guiding and control. These thinners are great for shaping, finishing and thinning. A full tail can be transformed to a “pulled” tail in minutes with no discomfort to the horse giving a totally professional finish. Guaranteed to work on even the most sensitive of animals. Great for thinning thick manes and forelocks. Having always pulled tails for the show ring we would never have thought this finish would be possible. It doesn’t look razored, scissored or clipped. For a more natural look use the medium or coarse blades, for a closer finish use the finer version.
